My order did show up late once, which was a bit ridiculous, but I’ll give credit where it’s due, the support team kept me updated the whole time and made the situation a lot less frustrating.

I was surprised by how bright the lume is. It’s super easy to read at night, so any fumbling around or squinting in the dark feels totally preventable. No complaints from me.

The site was simple to use, and after I ordered, I got clear emails instead of that awkward silence that makes you wonder if you made a mistake. The watch showed up as expected, and everything matched the description. Overall, it felt like a brand you can trust. I’d buy from them again.

I’ve been wearing this watch pretty much every day, mostly to work and when I’m running errands after dropping my dog off at my mom’s house, and it’s held up really well. It feels tough without being too bulky, and I don’t worry about bumping it around during normal daily stuff. Nothing fancy, just a dependable watch that does what I need it to do.

I’ve had it on while washing the car and even got stuck in the rain, and there’s been no fogging or anything weird going on. The crown feels solid once it’s screwed down, which definitely helps. I’m not about to take it diving or pretend it’s some serious tool watch, but for normal everyday water exposure, it’s been more reassuring than I expected

I’ve been wearing the Erebus watch for a few weeks now, mostly just day to day, and overall I do like the look of it. It has a nice presence on the wrist, the case feels sturdy, and the bracelet has enough weight that it doesn’t come across as cheap. I’ve gotten used to it quickly and it’s definitely a watch I can see myself keeping in rotation. That said, after spending a bit more time with it, I started noticing a couple small things. The clasp has a few edges that feel sharper than I’d prefer, and the bezel action isn’t quite as smooth as I was hoping it would be. Nothing that makes the watch unusable or anything, but it’s enough to notice once you’ve handled it for a while. For the price, I’d still say it’s fair. It looks nice and wears well, but I was expecting the finishing and overall build to be just a little better. Good watch, just not a full 5 stars for me.

I preordered a watch and, the whole thing went smoother than I expected. Checkout was easy, and the updates have actually been clear for once. No issues so far, which is more than I can say for a lot of preorder experiences

I’ve been wearing it for a few weeks now, it looks nice enough. But after about half a day, the strap starts feeling a little stiff on my wrist. It’s not awful or anything, and I wouldn’t say I regret getting it, but my gut feeling is that it’s just not as comfortable as I was hoping it would be.

I picked out the watch without any trouble, and overall the buying part was straightforward. The only thing that slowed things down was the checkout. A couple of pages took longer to load than I expected, so I was just kind of sitting there waiting to see if it was still working. The payment did go through fine though, and the confirmation email showed up a few minutes later. Not a bad experience overall, just wish it had been a little smoother

The watch does look nice on the wrist, and for what I paid, I can’t really complain too much. Shipping was fine too, nothing weird there. I did expect the finish to feel a little better though, like it’s not terrible, just not quite as nice as I had pictured. It doesn’t feel super cheap, but it also doesn’t feel especially premium. Overall, it’s alright. Not amazing, but not a bad buy either.

Ordered a watch from erebuswatches.com the packaging was better than I expected. The box showed up clean, no dents or anything, and the watch was tucked in securely inside. Nothing super fancy to say, but it just felt well protected and nicely packed, which was... yeah, a good first impression when opening it up

I ordered and immediately felt the need to track it, so I checked the status right away. It was easy to see where my order was, which definitely put my mind at ease.

I was half expecting the watch to show up looking totally different because that happens way too often when you order stuff online. But nope, this one actually looked exactly like the photos on the site. The colors were right, the size was accurate, and there weren’t any weird surprises when I opened the box. Should this be the bare minimum? Yes. Am I still pleasantly surprised? Also yes.

A pretty shocking wake up call considering I expected a great experience due to the owner's reputation with watch reviews. So I preordered a $500 Titan diver, which came a month late, no problem. The problem was it being 20sec/day slow out the box. Because of that I never unwrapped it except for the watch head and timed it for a week on a watch winder, where the under performance came down to 18sec/day, still 2 seconds from being ruled defective by even the movement's maker. Contacting the company within the required time, they didn't respond until 20 days later, only to deny warranty or refund, telling me to pay on my own to have a watchmaker adjust the movement, which was likely defective. Having a private watchmaker touch it voids the warranty, but they didn't seem to care. The excuse they gave for washing their hands of it was that I'd taken off the plastic wrap covering the watch head, which is necessary to see if the watch even works, let alone has damage to it. In 30years of watch purchases AND being in the industry itself, I've never had a watch arrive new more than 4sec/slow per day, let alone 18 seconds. And then no honoring of customer service. I know this is a startup brand by a youtuber made by a Hong Kong factory (which actually is a good one) but this kind of distancing from the actual product apparently leads to this kind of blow off attitude when something goes wrong, or at least it did here.

I picked up an Erebus strap it feels way better than I thought it would. It’s soft on the wrist but still has that sturdy feel, not cheap or plasticky at all. The stitching is clean, and it went onto my watch without any messing about. I’ve been wearing it for a few days now with no rubbing or weird marks. Only downside is my timing, really, I bought it right after dealing with an uncomfortable old strap for ages. Should’ve made the switch sooner...

They got back to me really fast and sorted out my question right away. I noticed even the little things, like how clear the response was and that they didn’t skip over the specific part I was asking about. Super smooth experience...
